Often my clients, when I ask how they practice self-care, specifically, loving kindness, they look at me blankly. Self-care doesn't necessarily have to be about buying yourself something or getting a massage yet it is a very important part of your financial health and well-being. Practicing it can be very simple and cost effective. These are exercises I use with my clients in our sessions.
